A. Defined Terms

Capitalized Terms used in this document have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

B. Pre-Purchase Disclosures

• SMS-TO.IT.COM identifies whether the purchase is a Subscription, upgrade, Add-On, or additional Credit purchase.
• SMS-TO.IT.COM identifies the charge amount before charge.
• SMS-TO.IT.COM identifies the renewal cadence before charge for recurring purchases.
• SMS-TO.IT.COM identifies the next Billing Anchor in UTC before charge where relevant.
• SMS-TO.IT.COM identifies the Credit expiration timestamp in UTC before charge where relevant.

C. Short-Life Credit Warning

If additional Credits would expire in fewer than twenty (20) days, SMS-TO.IT.COM displays a warning that states the exact expiration timestamp in UTC and the expected usable life in days before the user confirms the purchase.

D. Upgrade and Downgrade Timing Disclosure

• SMS-TO.IT.COM states that an upgrade takes effect immediately after successful payment unless a different timing rule appears at checkout.
• SMS-TO.IT.COM states that a downgrade remains deferred until the end of the next billing period after the Current Subscription Period, subject to successful receipt of the intervening payment.
• SMS-TO.IT.COM states the Downgrade Effective Date in UTC when that date is known.

E. Cancellation Disclosure

• SMS-TO.IT.COM provides a clearly visible online cancellation control in the billing interface for users who enrolled online.
• SMS-TO.IT.COM also provides cancellation support by email at support@whytigr.solutions.
• After cancellation, SMS-TO.IT.COM displays the effective cancellation timing in UTC and confirms that no future renewal charge will occur unless the user reactivates the Subscription.
